On the first and last Monday of each month @ 6:30 p.m. the District Attorney holds interviews with law enforcement officials on Channel 51, a Rio Rancho public broadcasting channel called "Profiles with the District Attorney". During these interviews the officials are able to discuss issues which effect district 13 and also answer questions which are phoned in during the last 30 minutes of the show. On the 30th of each month the District Attorney Times Newsletter is distributed. This newsletter is meant to update our colleagues, associates and the criminal justice community on developments in our 13th district, the U.S. and New Mexico case law, and to profile key people and issues in our area. We have committed people in our office who will see that justice is done no matter the amount of work.
