Community Awareness and Education
Our office is dedicated to keeping the public informed and educated on crimes affecting our community. Mr. Martinez continues to share crime prevention information with the community by speaking and distributing material to schools, neighborhood organizations, community-based non-profits, business groups, service clubs and senior centers. Our attorneys are available to educate and distribute material throughout each county at community events and meetings.
Mr. Martinez actively participates in several organizations including the New Mexico Gang Task Force, Sandoval Juvenile Justice Task Force, and Community Coordinated Response Teams within his district as well as D.W.I. Task Force programs. He serves on the New Mexico Sentencing Commission, New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association, Animal Humane Association and is currently serving as the President of Region 3 for the National Hispanic Prosecutors Association covering 10 states.
